Pentecost Sundaes

As a review of the Pentecost events and its connection with Confirmation, we enjoyed some Pentecost ice cream sundaes. The only items that students could put on them were: vanilla ice cream, strawberry syrup, Dove chocolates, and Hot Tamales. Oh and they were "sundaes" as Pentecost is the 50th day after Easter on a Sunday! :) I hope your child can explain the symbolism involved in their delicious Wednesday afternoon treat!
